Grüner Veltliner is fruit mixed with peppery spice and is Austria´s grape No.1. Here it finds optimal conditions in the Loess soil and the climate. This grape variety is a piece of Austrian history.
the grapes have been destemed and squeezed; maceration of 4 hours before being pressed by a pneumatic press with low pressure.
Fermentation took place with automatic temperaturecontrol at 18 C. The wine was stored in stainless steeltanks and was bottled in Burgundy-bottles in our cellar.
